- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Chopped Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- I soaked the beans for 2 hours, drained the water, put the beans and carrots in a pan with water and a pinch of salt, cooked under pressure for 8 minutes.
- I sautéed the garlic and onion in the oil in the pan, added the cooked beans along with the carrots and the cooking water, added the spices, left in the heat for another 10 minutes to refine the broth.
- Turned off the fire and finished with green smell to taste.
