- Textured Soy Protein20 g
- Chickpea flour (or your choice)2 tablespoon
- spices to taste
- hydrate and wash textured soy protein
- season with your spices of choice. Suggestion: salt, smoked paprika, cumin, pepper, garlic and parsley
- gradually add the flour until you can shape the hamburger by hand
- in a frying pan add a little oil, place the already molded hamburger, donate them both to the point you want and it will be ready
