- Green smell to taste
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
- Bay leaf to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Salt to taste
- Soak the soy protein in water 30 min before preparation
- Cooking the carrots and potatoes cut into small pieces
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the soy protein, extract, bay leaf, seasonings (I use black pepper, cumin, turmeric, parsley and hot paprika), salt.
- Let it sauté a little, add the cooked vegetables and to finish just put the green smell
