- Wheat flour180 g
- Sunflower oil45 g
- Cane molasses60 g
- Cocoa powder15 g
- Demerara sugar100 g
- Cashew nut milk240 g
- Cinnamon powder8 g
- Nutmeg Powder5 g
- Clove powder5 g
- Yeast10 g
- pomegranate1 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar5 tablespoon
- In a bowl add: sugar, molasses, oil, milk and molasses. With a Fouet beat well until everything is mixed.
- In another bowl add the wheat flour, the special ones, the cocoa and the baking powder.
- Mix the two together and place in a 20cm diameter false bottom shape. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 205°C.
- To prepare the broth, remove the pulped pomegranate and add the spoons of sugar, bring to a boil until it forms a thick syrup.
- After it cools down, just put the two together and be happy!!!
