- Wheat flour300 g
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tofu200 g
- Spinach500 g
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Water1 cup
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt, oregano, oil in a bowl and add water until it forms a soft dough (not so liquid)
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tsp of oil.
- Place a ladle of the mixture and spread in the frying pan to brown on both sides, reserve the ready-made dough discs.
- In a pan over medium heat, brown the onion and chopped garlic in 1 strand of oil, then add the washed and chopped spinach, let it wilt and when it dries, add the crushed tofu, season to taste and set aside.
- Assemble the pancakes in a refractory cover with your favorite sauce.
