- Parsley stalks100 g
- Cabbage stalks100 g
- Spinach stalks100 g
- Olive10 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil30 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Chop all the stalks
- In a pan add the oil, onion and let it brown.
- Add the stalks, the seasonings of your preference and sauté
- Gradually add the flour,
- Add the olives and chopped tomatoes
- Mix everything in the pan
- Then place in a bowl and serve.
