- Raw cashews1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Soak the chestnuts in water for two hours.
- Cut the vegetables and apple into sticks
- Discard the water from the hydration of the chestnuts and mix with 1/2 cup of water and lemon juice in the blender. Add more water if necessary to obtain a smooth cream.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Put the cream in the bottom of the cups and distribute the vegetables.
- Serve next!
