- Cooked chickpeas1 cup

- oat flour1/2 cup

- Raw carrots, diced1/2 cup

- black pepper and salt1 teaspoon
- baking powder1/2 tablespoon
- water or plant milk200 ml
- Start by beating the carrot, onion, oil and water/milk in a blender until smooth. Then add the chickpeas, salt and pepper and beat more. Add the flours, the sprinkle, beat more until everything is incorporated. Put the yeast, give a light tap just to mix and that's it.
- Grease a pan with olive oil and sprinkle rice flour, distribute the dough, put the filling you chose (I used soy protein and yam curd) and the rest of the dough. I put oregano and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake for 40-50min in an oven at 180ºC and wait to cool before leaving. Is ready.
