- 1) Grease the mold with oil 2) Cut the top of the pumpkins 3) Place in the oven for 15 minutes to lightly roast the pumpkin, then remove the pumpkin core by scraping it with a spoon. 4) Put the soy filling 5) Cover with vegetable cheese - the size of the cheese is according to taste - the more you add, the more it will melt.Note: this also depends on the brand of vegetable cheese you choose 6) Put it in the oven again to finish cooking the pumpkin and melting the cheese 7) Then just serve! 💫Filling💫 ➡️Leave the soybeans to soak in hot water for 15 minutes and drain well ➡️Refogue the soy with your favorite seasonings or with those indicated here in the recipe ➡️Leave it well fried for the stuffing to catch well Note: I used soy flavored bacon talk
