- Chopped Banana1/2 unit(s)
- Another half of the browned banana in butter1/2 unit(s)
- Milk of your choice (I used almond milk here)1 cup
- Heat the milk, oatmeal and chopped banana until reduced and thickened. In a frying pan, grease with butter and brown the other half of the banana on both sides and place it on top of the porridge and serve hot.
