  • sunflower seed1/2 cup
  • sour starch2 tablespoon
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice1 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder1 teaspoon
  • water1 cup
  • salt1 teaspoon
  1. Soak the sunflower seeds overnight. Wash well and hit the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Take the cream to a pan and stir over low heat, until it forms a thicker cream.
  3. Transfer the catupiry to a glass pot and take it to the fridge to cool and then you can consume it.
