- water1 cup
- salt1 teaspoon
- Soak the sunflower seeds overnight. Wash well and hit the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- Take the cream to a pan and stir over low heat, until it forms a thicker cream.
- Transfer the catupiry to a glass pot and take it to the fridge to cool and then you can consume it.
