- Sunflower seed400 g
- Green smell (soak)1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander (soak)1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- Lime2 unit(s)
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Garlic (clove without core)1 unit(s)
- Soak the sunflower seed overnight
- Drain and rinse under running water
- Clean the herbs and lemon
- Pass the seeds to the blender, squeeze the juice from the lemons, tear the herbs with your hands to make it easier when blending, add all the seeds
- Put garlic, olive oil, salt, nutmeg and black pepper
- Put 100ml of boiling water to help to beat well
- Beat, turn off the blender, clean the sides with a spatula, see if you need to beat more and add more water if necessary
- Taste the flavors and see if you have reached the desired texture.
- Transfer to a jar, cool and serve with snacks!
