- Tomato200 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic2 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Oregano4 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Basil to taste
- Take the white and toughest part of the chard and cut it lengthwise.
- Bring a pot with at least 1 liter to 1 ½ liters of water to boil. When it boils, add salt and the chard strips.
- Meanwhile make the sauce. Take the tomato and cut off its tip. With a grater pass the inner part of it, until the skin is all in your hand.
- In a pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion. Put the grated tomato, add the oregano. Adjust salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and toss in the sauce. Garnish with basil leaves
