- Chopped Small Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
- medium ripe tomato without seeds, chopped2 unit(s)
- Finely chopped red onion2 tablespoon
- Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
- Adjust the salt.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
