- Wheat for kibbeh150 g
- Diced Japanese Cucumber300 g
- Diced Red Onion200 g
- Diced red pepper100 g
- Cherry tomatoes, halved300 g
- Chopped Parsley3 unit(s)
- Chopped Mint1 unit(s)
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Filtered water180 ml
- Olive oil to taste
- Bring the water to a boil. Then pour over the wheat, cover and let it rest for five minutes.
- After this period, loosen the wheat with a fork and mix it with the chickpeas, onion, pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, fresh herbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Place in the fridge until cool before eating.
