- Sesame seeds200 g
- Olive Oil to taste
- Wash the seeds well in a fine sieve and dry with a cloth.
- Place the seeds in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Blend the sesame seeds in a food processor, blender or mixer and add the olive oil little by little in a thread, as if you were making mayonnaise.
- When it is smooth and homogeneous, it is ready. Store in sterilized glass in the refrigerator for up to a month.
