- Place 700ml of coconut water, chopped cabbage leaves, 3 chopped apples with peel and chopped ginger without peel in a blender. Whisk until everything is well blended. Place in disposable cups and store in the freezer, always leaving 3 fingers from the edge of the cup. Take 1 glass every day on an empty stomach, just take the disposable glass out of the freezer and fill the glass with 1 lemon and the rest of the coconut water. Wait a few minutes to defrost and you are ready to drink. Do not drink more than 2 glasses a day.
