- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- In a large pot (with a lid) place the coconut oil and popcorn kernels
- Wait for it to start popping and leave it on low heat.
- Stir from time to time so that we burn the popcorn.
- When they finish popping, turn off the heat and wait a bit as there may be corns that are still popping.
- As soon as the popcorn stops popping, transfer it from the pan to a popcorn container or large bowl.
- Put salt to taste
- Now is the golden tip: With a sieve put cinnamon powder to taste
- Stir and add more sifted cinnamon powder until evenly distributed.
- Taste and add more cinnamon powder or salt if desired.
