- In a blender, blend the tomatoes, chili pepper and garlic. Reserve
- In a pan, add the oil and tomato mixture. Cook over low heat until boiling
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the onion, parsley, cilantro and salt.
- Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.
