- Soak the beans in water for 12 hours.
- Drain and wash the beans
- Then take it to a pressure cooker with water covering the beans with the amount of salt you prefer.
- Cook the beans for 30 minutes
- In another pan, put a drizzle of sunflower seed oil and all the other ingredients to brown.
- After that mix the beans already cooked and drained without the water to this wonderful seasoning and it's ready!
