- Oat flour (or flakes)2 cup
- Peanut Butter1/4 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Raisins (optional) to taste
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Carob powder (or cocoa)2 tablespoon
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Blend the oats into flour if you are using rolled oats.
- Mash the bananas well.
- Add the other ingredients and stir well, leaving the bicarbonate and lemon for last.
- Bake in a greased and floured pan for about 40 minutes.
