- Very Ripe Italian Cherry Tomatoes200 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Sliced whole pitted black olives100 g
- Garlic cut in half1 unit(s)
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place them in a deep bowl. Add the basil, oil, salt and olives. Mix everything and set aside. In a non-stick skillet, brown the slices of bread on both sides. Place the slices on a plate and rub the inside of the garlic on the side of the bread where the tomatoes will go. Spread the tomatoes over the slices and serve.
