- Recipe
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Water2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Turmeric (for color) to taste
- Blend all ingredients (except chemical yeast) in a blender.
- Add the chemical yeast and let it mix in the dough (liquidize a little).
- In a greased and floured roast, place half of the dough, the desired filling and cover with the rest of the dough.
- As a filling, I used what was left of the ratatouille, a vegetable sausage with onions that I had made this week, and added corn, peas and olives.
- Bake in a medium-high oven for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick or fork test. Stick it in the pie, if it comes out with no dough stuck together, it's ready! 😉 💚🌱
