- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- I started by soaking the soybeans in warm water for 20 minutes, after which time I drained the water and squeezed the soy protein until it was dry.
- In a frying pan I sauteed the garlic and onion in olive oil, added the soy and all the seasonings, sautéed well, turned off the heat.
- I passed half of the soy in the processor and added it to the other part, added the breadcrumbs and the green smell, mixed well, added a little olive oil.
- I made the burgers and took them to the freezer for 10 minutes, added olive oil to the pan and fried the burgers.
- Served with rice, french fries and lettuce
