- In a bowl, mix everything in this order and knead for 5 minutes. Cover with a dish towel and let it rest for 20 minutes in a dark place with no draft. In the meantime, prepare your “stuffing”. Here I put tomatoes, black olives, hearts of palm, caramelized onions, oregano and rosemary. Your dough must have doubled in size. Grease a baking sheet and manually open the dough by pressing it with your fingertips. Put your stuffing, drizzle with olive oil and take it to the preheated oven for 30 to 40 min, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
