- Wheat Flour (Blessed Lady)3 cup
- medium chopped carrots3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil1/3 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1/2 tablespoon
- Orange juice (2 on average)1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Native cocoa powder or cocoa powder5 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles (optional) to taste
- Sugar (if using cocoa powder)2 tablespoon
- Hit the blender for 3 min: carrot, oil, sugar and orange.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, and gradually add the flour (while stirring with a spoon or spatula), baking powder and bicarbonate of soda, until smooth.
- Unite the form with oil and wheat flour and heat the oven for 10 min.
- Pour the dough into the form, and bake on average for 40 min (90 degrees). Do the matchstick test to see if the inside of the cake is baked.
- Topping: in a pan, mix coconut milk, chocolate powder and sugar (if needed), boil for 5 min.
- After baking the cake, still hot, make some cuts in the cake and pour the icing on top. Finish with sprinkles (optional)
