- 1 chopped carrot1 unit(s)
- 1 chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- 1/4 onion1/4 unit(s)
- 1 clove of garlic1 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives to taste
- parsley to taste
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- black pepper to taste to taste
- Put the tomatoes in the blender first
- Gradually add the carrot until it forms a pate consistency.
- Add the garlic, onion and flaxseed and mix well.
- Place in a pan and let it simmer over low heat.
- Add salt, pepper and turmeric
- Turn off the heat and add the parsley, olives and oil.
