- White rice2 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Leviticus (optional, for chicken flavor)1 teaspoon
- Water4 cup
- Parsley1 to taste
- Chives1 to taste
- In a pan put the oil, fry the minced vegetable meat in large cubes, after frying, add the chopped onion and fry always stirring, then fry the chopped garlic, it will give a toasted layer in the pan this helps in the flavor, but always stir not to burn.
- Add the chopped tomato and stir, then add the seasonings and rice, stir well and add 2 cups of water and stir. Stirring helps the broth to thicken. Then add the rest of the water and let it cook on low heat.
- After the rice is cooked, turn it off and add the chives and parsley, stir and serve while still hot.
