- Salt to taste
- Place the chickpeas in hot water for at least 3 hours. Changing the water whenever it cools. Then drain the chickpeas and take it to the pressure cooker with approximately 1 liter of water for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the already cooked chickpeas, and the chopped ora-pro-nobis leaves.
- Add seasonings to taste, I recommend adding garlic, parsley and turmeric. Mix everything and finally add oatmeal until you get the point of a hamburger, now just portion it.
