- Chickpeas cooked al dente1 cup
- Well Cooked Cauliflower1 cup
- Tomato sauce3/4 cup
- Yellow Mustard1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh basil1 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Chives1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Filtered water1/2 cup
- In the blender beat the cauliflower with the water until you get a homogeneous cream, book.
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic. Add the paprika and mix.
- Add the tomato sauce, chickpeas, mustard and salt, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the reserved cauliflower cream and mix. Cook for another 5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
- Adjust salt and finish with basil and chives. Serve then accompanied by rice and straw potatoes.
