- Sifted wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Boiling water300 ml
- Cocoa Powder3/4 cup
- Semisweet chocolate bar (vegan)160 g
- Vegan Sour Cream200 ml
- Mix: wheat flour, cocoa powder, sugar and oil. Hit the batter or it can be with a spoon.
- When all the ingredients are mixed, add the boiling water and beat with a mixer again until the dough is homogeneous. Turn off the mixer (if you are using it) and gently add the chemical yeast and stir to mix the dough.
- In a greased baking dish with vegetable oil and cocoa powder, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 20 to 30 minutes. When you wait for the fork and it comes out clean, it means your cake has baked!
- Let the cake cool and let's go to the ganache. Chop the chocolate and microwave it every 30 seconds until it melts. With each break, stir with the spoon to help it melt and not burn.
- When the chocolate is melted, gradually add the cream until you reach the ganache point. When the cake is cold, misinform and throw the frosting over it!
