70% vegan chocolate150 g
Peanut Butter60 g
Water4 tablespoon
Chickpea cooking water1 cup
Sugar1 tablespoon

Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, stir well. Repeat the operation until all the chocolate has melted.
Microwave the peanut butter with 4 tablespoons of water for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well. Repeat the operation until it turns into a creamy paste.
With the water from the cooking of the chickpeas already cold. Put on a battery for 5 minutes. Until it turns into a thick foam. Remove the foam with a spoon. Reserve
Mix all the ingredients gently and put in the fridge for two hours.
