Ingredients: 200 g Vegan chocolate; 70 g Peanut paste; 50 ml Water; 50 g Sugar; 200 ml Chickpea cooking water (aguafa)

Aguabafa:
Com a água do cozimento do grão de bico fria
bata na batedeira  até virar uma espuminha consistente fica igual a clara de ovo batida. Reserve 
Leve o chocolate no microondas de 30em 30 segundos até derreter por completo.
Acrescente 40ml de água  na pasta de amendoim e leve ao microondas até derreter.
Misture todos os ingredientes delicadamente e leve a geladeira por no mínimo 30 minutos.
