- Milk and Coconut200 ml
- Pitted Dates3 unit(s)
- Vegan chocolate bar100 g
- Almond paste2 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1/4 teaspoon
- Chocolate powder (for rolling)1/2 cup
- Blend coconut milk and dates in a blender. The milk should be smooth, with no pieces of date.
- Transfer the milk to a pan and bring to a boil. When it starts to bubble, turn off the heat and add the chocolate bar. Mix
- When the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is homogeneous, add the almond paste and vanilla essence. Mix well
- Place the chocolate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- When the chocolate is firm, roll the truffles with the palms of your hands, forming balls.
- Transfer the truffles to a plate with the cocoa powder. Roll each one to cover. Lightly tap each truffle to remove excess chocolate powder. Place in the fridge for another 1 hour before serving.
