- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegan Cream Cheese1/2 cup
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Pancake or wrap1 unit(s)
- Let's start with the tomatoes. Place the olive oil, tomato, salt and basil in a frying pan.
- Let the tomatoes grill.
- You can leave the tomatoes whole or press with a slotted spoon to form a sauce and mix with the oil.
- Slice the zucchini into 0.5 cm slices and set aside.
- Grab a board or plate to start with the cream cheese.
- Note: it has to be a cheese with characteristics more similar to butter. It can't be a little consistent cheese.
- With the help of the back of a spoon, take the cream cheese and place it on the board. You will place the back of the spoon on the board and make a movement to deposit the cheese. Do this on one part of the board. I'll leave a photo for better understanding.
- After distributing the cheese on a part of the board, place the tomato on top of the cheese.
- On the other side of the board, place the zucchini slices and the pancake pieces.
- If you want, replace the pancake with toast, crackers or flatbread.
- Now, just enjoy an explosion of flavors.
