- Black beans (soaked for 6 hours)250 g

- Zucchini2 unit(s)

- Smoke essence to taste
- Salt to taste
- Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- In a pressure cooker, cook the black beans as usual (suggestion: 1 bay leaf 2 cloves of garlic); Reserve.
- In a pan, brown the garlic in the oil, then add the other vegetables and sauté well for a few minutes; add the smoke essence and salt and mix well (taste the vegetables to see if they are well smoked).
- Add the beans, add water if necessary and cook until the vegetables are tender and the broth has thickened.
- Serve the feijoada with braised cabbage, rice, farofa and orange.
