- Ripe dwarf banana1 unit(s)
- Medium flaked oats2 tablespoon
- Vegan Whey Protein Scoopy (Muke)1 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter or Nuts2 tablespoon
- Chopped Strawberries to taste
- Peel the banana and mash it well with a fork until it forms a cream.
- Add the oats in medium flakes and the whey protein and mix with your hands until they form balls.
- If necessary add more oatmeal
- Make the balls and set aside
- Grease a mold with little coconut butter and oatmeal
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Shape into tartlets with the balls and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and wait for it to cool down
- Unmold the pies and fill well with the peanut butter or chestnuts and place the chopped strawberries
- Great option for when you hit that urge to eat a candy đ
