  • Chickpea flour1 cup
  • Chopped Italian Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Paprika, saffron and Bahian seasoning. to taste
  • Coriander and chives1 cup
  • medium potatoes2 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil (soya)1/2 cup
  • Water1/3 cup
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you create a homogeneous mass.
  2. Fry the potatoes in slices, until golden.
  3. Fry the dough in a non-stick pan with oil, and then add the already fried potatoes on top. After frying the bottom of the dough, turn the side like pancakes in the pan, letting the other side brown. Help yourself.
  4. It can be served with pasta (urban), tomato sauce (fugini) and grated vegan cheese (sora), or, as you like!
