Homemade tomato sauce (recipe on my profile)2 tablespoon
Vegan Mashed Potatoes (mashed baked potato with oat milk, little coconut butter and salt to taste) )2 tablespoon

Start by cutting the cooked carrot into slices and set aside along with the tomato sauce (heat both in the microwave)
Heat the French bread in the oven for about 5 minutes so that it is crispy.
Cut the bread in half and place the carrot cut in half along with the homemade tomato sauce (it should be hot)
Put the warm mashed potatoes and that's it 😋
Super healthy and easy to make 👌
