- Water1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Soybean oil1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Saffron and Bahian seasoning to taste
- Coriander and chopped chives1 cup
- Garlic Clove to taste
- Chopped Pepper1/2 cup
- Fugini tomato sauce (1/2 sachet)150 g
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Olives to taste
- Pea with corn (fugini)150 g
- Shredded Jackfruit150 g
- Beat in the blender: water, wheat flour, 1/2 chopped onion, saffron, Bahia seasoning, oil and salt to taste.
- In a pan or skillet, sauté the shredded jackfruit with the rest of the onion, garlic, pepper, corn, peas, olives, spices, cilantro, chives, salt to taste and tomato sauce.
- In a greased shape with oil and wheat flour, pour some of the dough, then add the stuffing, then form another layer with the rest of the dough and finally the rest of the stuffing.
- Preheat the oven for 10 min.
- Bake the pie for 40 min (90 degrees).
