- Alcafaba1 cup
- Oil600 ml
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- The alfalfa needs to be very cold. Pour the liquid into a blender or mixer
- Add lemon juice, salt and garlic. Beat for two minutes and then add the oil until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.
- I used around 600 ml, it could be more or less.
- Serve immediately. If you put it in the fridge for a few hours, the consistency will be greater.
