- Coconut milk150 g
- Ketchup60 g
- Mustard40 g
- Olive oil30 g
- Minced garlic10 g
- Chopped Onion30 g
- Cut the mushrooms into thick slices
- In the skillet, put oil, garlic and onion to sauté.
- Add the mushroom and sauté.
- Add the ketchup and mustard and mix well.
- Add coconut milk
- Add salt to taste and let it get creamy. If needed, add more coconut milk.
