- boiled sweet potato445 g
- chickpea flour1/2 cup
- oat flour1 cup
- flaxseed meal1 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- smoked paprika2 teaspoon
- Onion Powder1 tablespoon
- oregano1 teaspoon
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients with your hands.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, cut a circle with a mold lid.
- Stuff the center of the dough cut into a circle.
- Close the pastel well and press the edges with a fork.
- Place the pastries on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the pastries with a mixture of coconut nectar, oil and water until golden.
- Bake until golden in the oven at 200°C.
