- Fresh Tofu200 g
- Raw cashews200 g
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Olive oil1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water200 ml
- Finely chopped red cabbage1 cup
- grated carrot1 cup
- Cooked corn1 cup
- Green apple cubes1 unit(s)
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Celery1/2 cup
- Smoked Tofu100 g
- Straw Potato to taste
- Mustard1 teaspoon
- For the vegan mayonnaise Soak the chestnuts in 200ml of water for 30 minutes. In a blender place the chestnuts with the water, fresh tofu, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Beat well and season with salt and pepper. If you like, add a teaspoon of mustard. In a bowl mix all the vegetables. Drizzle with the tofu mayonnaise and mix well. When serving, distribute the potato straw over the sausage. Good appetite 😋😋
