- Flour for kibbeh300 g
- Minced Garlic Thyme3 g
- Chopped Onion50 g
- Salt20 g
- Place a whole eggplant 🍆 on the stove burner and let it burn on all sides. Remove all pulp. Reserve
- Cut an eggplant into strips. Reserve
- Put boiling water in the kibbeh flour and cover until it's consistent.
- Mix the thyme, chopped onion, salt and the eggplant strips with the kibbeh dough.
- Add the pulp of the smoked eggplant you made.
- Now make thick straws in the palm of your hand.
- Bread without egg in panko flour.
- Put the oil to heat and fry until golden.
