- Soybeans2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Pink salt to taste
- Color to taste
- Basil (spice) to taste
- Chives (seasoning) to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Soak the soy for at least 5 hours, then put the soy in the pressure cooker and leave it on medium heat for 20 minutes, as soon as it cools, put it in the food processor.
- Grind all the soybeans with two cloves of garlic and then immediately transfer to a large platter, add the oil, salt, and all the Seasonings to taste.
- Mix everything, then slowly pour in the oatmeal and alternate with a little olive oil (if necessary), then start to knead with your hands and make balls.
- And finish the way you want, fried, roasted, with sauce.
