- Protect from dehydrated soy1 to taste
- Boiling water1 to taste
- Vinegar1 to taste
- Tomato1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Pepper1 to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Separate the amount of soy protein you want to prepare in a container
- In the same container with the soy, add boiling water and vinegar until the protein is covered. After almost minutes, drain the water.
- Cut the onion, garlic and pepper into small pieces.
- In a skillet add the oil, brown the onion and garlic. Add the pepper, the already hydrated soy protein and the tomato sauce. Adjust salt if necessary.
