- 1 cup of oats1 cup
- 2 cups of warm water2 cup
- 1 tsp of olive oil1 to taste
- 1/2 chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- 4 cloves of garlic4 unit(s)
- 300 g of chopped pupunha heart of palm300 g
- 100 g sliced champignon mushrooms100 g
- 1 cup tomato sauce1 cup
- 2 tablespoons mustard2 tablespoon
- 1/2 cup parsley1/2 cup
- Fresh thyme to taste1 to taste
- fresh rosemary to taste1 to taste
- 1/2 cup of water1/2 cup
- Salt to taste1 to taste
- black pepper to taste1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with the warm water.
- Let soak for 30 minutes
- Then hit the blender and reserve
- In a skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the hearts of palm, mushrooms, tomato sauce, mustard and reserved oatmeal.
- Stir well and add the parsley, thyme and fresh rosemary.
- Add water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
