- Coarse soy protein2 cup
- Seasoned tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Coconut milk (1 glass)1 can(s)
- Champignon1 cup
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Soak the soy protein in hot water for 15 minutes. Then discard the water and place the protein in a sieve and press it with a spoon until the water it has absorbed is well removed and set aside. Then sauté the onion and over medium-low heat add the mushrooms and soy protein. Soon after, add the coconut milk, tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard and stir well. Now add the smoked and spicy paprika and salt. Stir constantly so it doesn't burn and wait until it thickens, then adjust the salt and it's ready to serve.
