- Sunflower seed hydrated for 12 hours200 g
- Olive oil50 ml
- Lemon50 ml
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Hot water1 cup
- Garlic without the core1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fruits and nuts to accompany to taste
- The sunflower seed must be soaked to form a uniform paste.
- Portion the ingredients in the blender, except the hot water
- Add half of the water, liquefy everything, stop for a while, stir well, add more water until reaching the desired point.
- Mix well, check the seasoning
- Pass it to a refractory coated with plastic film so you can shape it
- Serve with nuts, fruit, chips. Cheese is super versatile and healthy ❤️
